8 Simple Exercises to Build Muscle Without Weights

Let’s say you know you need to workout but don’t have to access to or have zero desire to enter the weight room of a gym.

Maybe there’s a little fear of the free weight area.

Or, perhaps you’re traveling, you’re short on time, or your baby is asleep.

Maybe you’re just not sure what to do at all (don’t worry, I’ve been there). 😉

The good news is that it’s totally possible to build muscle without weights and still get pretty shredded up.

In fact, while I enjoy going to the gym, I spend very little time in the weight area.

Instead, I often grab what I need and go find myself an empty space to do exercises just like what I share with you below.

In today’s video, I share with you 8 Simple Exercises to Build Muscle with absolutely ZERO equipment:

Below are the exercises listed out for for you.

Try to repeat this circuit 3 times, performing 10 – 15 reps of each exercise (per side where applicable).

Take a little breather in between as needed.

  1. Pushups, so low your chest goes to the ground and you may have to move your head
  2. Cobras
  3. Single leg deadlifts
  4. Lunges
  5. Squats
  6. Plank walk ups
  7. Leg circles
  8. Side planks with rear delts

What’s great about these exercises is that they work every single muscle in your body, including your core, AND elevate your heart rate.
