Hi there! I’m Andrea Barkley and I’m a personal trainer, private cook, and writer. I have a super serious fitness fetish and love everything about feeling fantastic when I wake up in the morning and staying that way all day long!

That doesn’t mean I slave at the gym for hours on end or only eat steamed chicken breasts and broccoli (although do I loooove me some steamed broccoli)


Why don’t I have the energy I used to?
Why don’t I wake up in the morning feeling rested and ready to conquer the world?
How in the world can I even squeeze in a workout today?
Why do I walk into the gym and have no idea what to do?
Who in the world has time to eat healthy?
Will I ever come home from work and not just want to fall on the couch?

I have wondered all of those things myself. And, it’s taken me years, but I’ve figured out a little magic formula that helps to accomplish all of these masters.

Even though it took me a while to discover the magic formula, it’s actually pretty simple. And the results are awesome. In short, you can expect to feel more energetic and even more fulfilled. You may find that your life has an even richer purpose. And, a killer by-product just happens to be toned arms, a tighter tush, and a slimmer waistline. Whoot whoot!

I won’t lie, this doesn’t happen overnight. But together we can start with the baby steps to help get you there. And it would be my honor and privilege to join you along the way.
