If you’re eating away from home for the first time, there is a learning curve to knowing how and when to eat in a way that fuels your body for success. Some of us gain weight easily and see repercussions quickly. Sob.

I have been there. I gained 20lbs of love fat EASILY in my early 20’s by just eating whatever with my boyfriend and watching too many movies together (i.e. being so lazy 😩🫣).

At the same time my girlfriends were eating bagels and tacos and wings and drinking cocktails and beer and looking like skinny minnies. My clothes were starting to not fit. I was embarrassed and depressed (and felt tired!).

SO, I hired a trainer and I did everything he said to do. The weight fell off my body – I mean literally melted off – and here I am 20 years later, a professional trainer since 2008, nutrition coach, podcaster, published fitness & nutrition writer, and mother of two small children. I feel 25.

I have unlocked the secrets to eating well and looking (and feeling fit) and want to share them with you too! I have helped hundreds if not thousands of people look and feel their best, from college athletes to celebrities, to entire families, and even 5-star chefs.
